- 2 large ripe peaches, peeled and diced

- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt (or more, to taste)
Instructions
In a blender, purée peaches, tomato paste, mustard, brown sugar, pepper, and ½ tsp kosher salt until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust with more salt if needed.

The sauce can be made up to 1 day in advance. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
