Ingredients
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 6 tablespoons peach nectar or juice
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar-based hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large head of cabbage, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a spacious bowl, combine the vinegar, peach nectar, olive oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, granulated garlic, salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended.
Add the sliced cabbage to the bowl and toss it properly with the dressing.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for 30 minutes to let the cabbage soften and the flavors develop.

The dressing can be mixed up to one day in advance. Simply cover and keep it refrigerated until you are ready to use it.
