Ingredients

  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons peach nectar or juice
  • 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar-based hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large head of cabbage thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Mix vinegar, peach nectar, oil, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, salt, cayenne, and black pepper.
  • Add cabbage and toss to coat.
  • Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
