Instructions

  • Adjust oven rack to upper-middle position and preheat to 425°F.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Pat chicken dry and place in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
