Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole with creamy Swiss cheese, savory bacon bits, and tangy ranch seasoning, finished with a golden, melted cheese topping.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs cooked chicken meat shredded or cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 lb pasta
  • 1 16 oz jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
  • 1/3 cup bacon bits or 5 strips cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided in half
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley optional

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, ranch seasoning, 1 cup Swiss cheese, bacon bits (reserve some), and sour cream.
  • Add cooked chicken and boiled pasta to the bowl. Toss to coat.
  • Lightly grease a 9" x 13" baking dish. Pour in mixture.
  • Top with remaining Swiss cheese and reserved bacon bits.
  • Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden and heated through.
  • Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm.
