Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
In a medium bowl, whisk together yogurt, eggs, melted butter, vegetable oil, and vanilla until smooth.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
