Spicy Fry Sauce

Spicy fry sauce with creamy mayonnaise, tangy ketchup, and a spicy kick from Dijon mustard and hot sauce. Smoky notes of paprika blend with garlic and onion powders. Tangy pickle juice adds a zesty finish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce like Frank’s, Valentina, or Crystal
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice or white vinegar
  • Pinch of cayenne optional, for extra heat
  • Salt to taste
  • Cracked black pepper to finish

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine mayo, ketchup, mustard, and hot sauce until smooth.
  • Stir in smoked paprika, chipotle, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Add pickle juice or vinegar. Mix in cayenne for extra heat, if desired.
  • Salt to taste, finish with cracked black pepper.
  • Chill for 10–15 minutes.
