Taco Pasta

Taco Pasta with bold taco-seasoned beef, tangy salsa, and gooey melted cheddar, all hugging tender shell pasta.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces large shell pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup jarred salsa
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  • Cook the shell pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
  • Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and ¾ cup of water.
  • Simmer until the liquid reduces and beef is well coated.
  • Add cooked pasta, salsa, and shredded cheese to skillet.
  • Stir until cheese melts and pasta is fully coated.
  • Serve hot.
