Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip with creamy cheese, tangy hot sauce, and tender chicken. Blue cheese adds a sharp contrast, while melted cheddar and fresh scallions enhance the overall richness.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz 1 pound cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cayenne hot sauce such as Frank’s Original
  • 2 pounds rotisserie chicken skin and bones removed, shredded into chunks (about 3 cups)
  • 1 cup buttermilk ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 scallions thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Place oven rack in the middle and preheat to 350°F.
  • Combine softened cream cheese and hot sauce; microwave 2 minutes, stirring halfway, until very soft.
  • Whisk until smooth, then stir in shredded chicken, ranch dressing, blue cheese, and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Transfer mixture to a shallow 3-quart baking dish and bake 10 minutes.
  • Stir, sprinkle shredded cheddar on top, and bake until melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
  • Top with sliced scallions and serve with chips, carrots, and celery.
