Homemade Banana Bread

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly spray an 8½ x 4½-inch loaf pan with vegetable oil spray.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
Whisk mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, and eggs in a large bowl.
Fold flour mixture into banana mixture until just combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle granulated sugar on top.
Bake on a rimmed baking sheet for 1 hr 5 mins to 1 hr 10 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool in the pan on a wire rack for 30 mins.
Remove bread from pan and let cool for another 30 mins before slicing.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store wrapped in plastic wrap at room temperature for up to 5 days.
