Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds large shrimp 21 to 25 per pound, peeled and deveined, tails on
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Toss shrimp with salt; let sit 15-30 mins.
  • Combine butter and honey; microwave until melted, 30-60 secs.
  • Stir in garlic paste and red pepper flakes; cool 5 mins.
  • Preheat broiler; line baking sheet with foil and set wire rack inside.
  • Pat shrimp dry; toss with butter mixture.
  • Arrange shrimp on rack; broil 3-5 mins until opaque and slightly charred.
  • Serve with lemon wedges.
